Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays, with exceptions for pre-scheduled deliveries and emergencies.

After hour delivery will be charged, depending on the time and amount of gas needed. How do customers schedule deliveries for after-hours? Phone or Whatsapp with the needed amount of gas and include location and contact info. 

Gas prices at RoyalGas are subject to periodic adjustments in line with fluctuations in fuel prices. These changes are regulated by governmental authorities to ensure fair pricing for our customers. 

Our only base is located in Northam. We supply from here to the surrounding areas, for about 100km radius from Northam. 

We tailor our delivery schedule to accommodate the needs of our customers, with regular deliveries to major hubs in the area. To ensure timely delivery, we encourage customers to place their orders in advance via phone or WhatsApp. 

At RoyalGas, we offer convenient refill services for gas cylinders of all sizes, with a preference for cylinders between 1kg and 9kg. Our refill process is simple and efficient, ensuring that your cylinders are replenished promptly. 

Choose from a variety of payment methods at RoyalGas, including EFT payments, card machine facilities, scan to pay, and tap to pay. Payment can be made upon delivery or conveniently settled through payment links provided after delivery. 

Rest assured that the gas products supplied by RoyalGas meet the highest standards of quality and safety. We source our gas from reputable suppliers in South Africa and conduct regular inspections to ensure that our cylinders are properly sealed and maintained.
